Upon entering your chalet, we have taken every precaution to ensure maximum hygiene and cleanliness.
The floor has been swept and cleaned. Bedding has been aired, a mattress protector has been placed, and a disposable mattress protector has been provided.
Toilets, bathroom, and kitchen have been cleaned and disinfected.
The refrigerator and microwave have been cleaned.
Cooking plates and glass lids have been degreased.
Upon departure, we thank you for checking the following points:

• Swept and cleaned floors
• Cleaning of sanitary appliances:
  Toilet bowl
  Shower cabin (please check for hair in the shower drain)
  Bathroom sink
  Kitchen sink
• Cleaning of electrical appliances:
  Cooking plates and glass lids
  Refrigerator
  Microwave
• Bedding:
  Removed sheets (in case of sheet rental)
  Aired and replaced mattress protector
  Pulled and adjusted bedspreads; folded and stored blankets
• Walls, equipment, and wall elements
  Cleaned kitchen furniture
  Cleaned drawer (cleaned utensils)
  Washed and stored dishes
  Empty and clean trash can; clean sink underside
• Patio and chalet surroundings
  Swept patio
  Cleaning of surroundings (papers, cigarette butts, etc. )

IMPORTANT
End-of-stay cleaning, which can be entrusted to us for your comfort (€70  supplement), does not include the following points:

• Bedding
  Removed sheets (in case of sheet rental)
  Aired and replaced mattress protector
  Pulled and adjusted bedspreads; folded and stored blankets
• Walls, equipment, and wall elements
  Cleaned kitchen furniture
  Cleaned drawer (cleaned utensils)
  Washed and stored dishes
  Empty and clean trash can; clean sink underside
• Patio and chalet surroundings
  Swept patio
  Cleaning of surroundings (papers, cigarette butts, etc. )

On the day of departure, don't forget to:

• Set the refrigerator to 0 (open doors)
• Bring the chalet key
• As well as the TV remote control
