Yes, we offer chalets and pitches designed to comfortably accommodate families, near the lake and campsite facilities like the pool.

We are open from the second Saturday of June to the second Saturday of September

Gas or electric barbecues are allowed on the pitches. However, for good grilling, Le Hameau des Lacs provides a shared charcoal barbecue for its customers; customers must bring their own charcoal.

The reception in high season is open every Saturday from 8: 30  am to 9: 00  pm. However, it is requested that you arrive between 5: 00  pm and 7: 00  pm for logistical reasons.
Outside these hours, please call the reception at 05. 65. 67. 41. 82to be welcomed and access your accommodation.

No, minors must be imperatively accompanied by an adult responsible (parents or animator, for colonies).

Groups, colonies, centers-aerated or MJC are welcome at Le Hameau des Lacs. However, during peak season, it will be requested to respect scrupulously the internal regulations.

Le Hameau des Lacs is located 1km from the town center of Villefranche de Panat

Our animal friends are allowed with up-to-date vaccination cards at Le Hameau des Lacs throughout the season.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Dogs of category 1  and 2  are not allowed on the campsite.

Most of Le Hameau des Lacs is covered by Wi-Fi. You benefit from free access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
However, you are responsible for the use you make of it.

We have a Azure Chalet on Le Hameau des Lacs accessible to people with reduced mobility.
If you arrive in a caravan, motorhome, or tent, our sanitary facilities are equipped with showers and toilets for people with reduced mobility.
Access to the bar, pool, and beach is also possible for everyone, but we do not have a lift.
However, some circulation is steep, particularly access to the pool, sanitary building, and lake.

Visitors are allowed to come free of charge to Le Hameau des Lacs. However, please notify the reception in case of a visit.

Le Hameau des Lacs does not rent two-wheeled vehicles. However, you can find this service nearby, at the Plage du Mayrac level.

You will also find kayaks, paddles, pedalos for rent, as well as the beach snack.

Some chalets have an unobstructed view of the lake , while others have a partial view.

Currently, our chalets do not have air conditioning. At Le Hameau des Lacs, due to its altitude and proximity to the lake, it is not yet necessary to install air conditioning units.

You will find blankets, pillows with cases, and disposable sheets in the chalets. However, bed linen and towels are not provided.

You have the option to rent bed linen and towels if needed.

The Azur chalet can accommodate up to 5  people(2  adults + 3  children or 4  adults).

It is not allowed to pitch a tent near the accommodation. We have 3 bare pitches reserved for tents, caravans, or campervans.

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate within Le Hameau des Lacs. A parking area at the campsite entrance is provided for parking vehicles or trailers.

The minimum stay for a chalet is 2  nights at Le Hameau des Lacs.

The chalet and its surroundings must be left in perfect cleanliness.

Please dispose of your trash bags in the containers located at the campsite entrance.

Failure to do so will result in the cleaning fee being deducted from your deposit. We offer a cleaning package option if you wish.

During peak season, keys to the accommodation are handed over from 5: 00  pm. Upon departure, you must return the keys by 10: 00  am at the latest.

After 9: 00  pm(reception closure), please call 05. 65. 67. 41. 82to collect your keys. You will complete the formalities the next day at the campsite reception.

Whether you arrive at the campsite in a campervan, caravan, or tent, we offer pitches of approximately 80  m².

One pitch can accommodate campervans, caravans, or vans, please specify this when making your reservation.

All pitches at Le Hameau des Lacs benefit from a natural shaded area(trees bordering the pitches). However, at certain times of the day, your pitch may be in the sun.

Our outlets are French electrical outlets, designed for 16  amps (3520  W).

Don't worry if you don't have an adapter: they are available at the reception of Le Hameau des Lacs. A €20  deposit will be requested.

Yes. Because some pitches are only accessible on foot.

No, because we don't have this equipment.

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate on Le Hameau des Lacs. A parking area at the entrance to the campsite is provided for parking vehicles or trailers.

Yes, the pitch allows it, and at no extra cost!

Pitches must be vacated before 10  am.

Don't forget to clean up around your pitch and dispose of your trash bags in the bins located at the entrance to the campsite.

At Le Hameau des Lacs, there is no shop. However, we have a bar and a terrace with breathtaking views of the pool and lake.

During peak season, you can also benefit from a delivery service, to your pitch, of bread and pastries, available between 7: 30  am and 8: 00  am every day.

The bar and its terrace are open all season at the same hours as the reception. You can enjoy ice cream or other hot or cold drinks there.

NB: The bar is accessible to everyone. No need to be a guest at Le Hameau des Lacs to enjoy the lake view from the terrace.

Le Hameau des Lacs offers a range of sports equipment to satisfy both children and adults throughout their stay.
In the campsite, we offer: boules pitches, a ping-pong table, a volleyball or badminton pitch, and a children's playground.

All our activities are free. Activities (meals, horseback rides, etc. ) that depend on external providers may be payable.

We offer 2  age groups so that all young people can participate in activities that suit their interests.

Children or teenagers are welcome from 5  years old to 17  years old.

The activity schedule is available on our Facebook page at the beginning of the season. It is also displayed at the reception near the bar.

Yes! We offer activities in general, during the school holidays, during the peak season.

A welcome pot is organized every Saturday at 7  pm, during the peak season.

It takes place on the animation square next to the collective barbecue (if the weather allows it), otherwise at the campsite reception.
